An Lasairéan is show for young audiences which incorporates the Irish language, music, humour, movement and dance to tell the story of a young bird who has been forced to leave his homeland. The story touches on themes of cultural diversity and acceptance as well as the issue of climate change, as the flamingo's lagoon home dried out due to changing temperatures.

Developed as a co-production between Fizz & Chips and the Riverbank Arts Centre, with support from Creative Ireland, Kildare County Council and Shawbrook Dance.
